　 Grandly Dragon guarantee* 100% satisfaction on all　　
　 our products. We guarantee that our products delivered to you are in good condition. If
　 you are not completely satisfied, you may request for a refund or a one-to-one exchange
　 by contacting us within 30 days of purchase. All the products (except for Laptop battery
　 product) are qualified for up to 1 year warranty. See the warranty section for more

　 2. Terms of Exchange Policy
　 1) Customer must return the product in its original package (If have been permitted by
　 Grandly Dragon, it should be not), along with the invoice of Grandly Dragon. The returned
　 product will be tested whether it is in fact defective. Only defective goods will be
　 exchanged.
　 2) Exchange policy covers limited warranty on rechargeable batteries not being able to
　 hold charge (will not charge), abnormal charging behavior, short discharging (running) time,
　 or abnormal indication of power levels, grandly dragontechnicians will verify whether the
　 battery"s cell or internal protection circuit is defective.
　 3) Defective Product will be exchanged with new product, subject to availability at the
　 time of exchange

　 3. Warranty
　 Unless specified otherwise, Grandly Dragon warrants to the customer that products will be
　 free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting normal use for a period from the
　 delivery date.

　 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products. At Grandly Dragon
　 discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product and ship it back to our customers
　 with shipping prepaid by Grandly Dragon. Customer is responsible to ship and insure the
　 defective product(s) back to Grandly Dragon in a protected packaging. Rechargeable
　 batteries that do not reach 100% original charging capacity are NOT covered by this
　 warranty. See Rechargeable Batteries Warranty.

　 This warranty also does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external
　 causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not
　 authorized by Grandly Dragon, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance
　 with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, act of God,
　 fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other
　 than Grandly Dragon personnel or any person authorized by Grandly Dragon, to adjust,
　 repair or support the products and problems caused by use of parts and components not
　 supplied by Grandly Dragon.

　 4. Rechargeable Batteries Warranty
　 Grandly Dragon offers a limited warranty against abnormal breakdown on rechargeable
　 batteries for a period from the delivery date. At Grandly Dragon discretion, we will repair or
　 replace the battery if our technician test it and determine that the battery is in fact,
　 defective. Please be advised that since rechargeable batteries are consumable products,
　 warranty coverage on rechargeable batteries is limited to not being able to hold charges
　 (will not charge).

　 Rechargeable batteries normally have a limited charging and discharging cycles between
　 400 ~ 1000 cycles depending on the application and individual"s usage pattern. The
　 capacity (available usage time) of rechargeable batteries reduces each time they go
　 through the charging and discharging cycle. Due to these reasons, when rechargeable
　 batteries are not able to reach their full (original) capacity, they are considered as normal
　 wear and tear and, therefore, are not covered under this warranty.
